The Organization's mandate is to promote youth empowerment in all aspects of its entirety, as well as gender equity, women and children's right, with a view to mobilizing and developing the skills and talents of young people in order for them to be able to meaningfully contribute to the development of their communities, countries and the entire world.

The Organization's mission is to promote and enhance the capabilities of young people in the world to effect positive social change that would necessitate the development of their communities and the world.
